Donna will share recipes and techniques for flavorful everyday Italian cooking. 
This new session of demonstration classes includes wines, tastes of all the foods prepared, and original recipes.
February 26th:  italian vegetarian
roasted vegetable salad; kale and white bean soup;
pasta with sicilian cauliflower
(agro-dolce with raisins, pine nuts, tomatoes, garlic, olive oil)
March 19th:  making gnocchi
potato gnocchi with seafood, saffron cream sauce;
baked semolina gnocchi with parmesan butter;
spinach and ricotta with roasted tomato sauce
April 16th:  spring “festa”
asparagus soup, stuffed roasted artichokes,
grilled rosemary lamb, roasted potatoes,
sweet ricotta torta with candied orange
